Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ride-On and Go-Kart Products

For safety reasons, ride-on toys, go-karts, and similar equipment may not be eligible for return once assembled or used.
If a go-kart arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a manufacturer replacement or repair.
We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear or improper assembly.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the problem is our fault, we cover all return shipping costs.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take several business days to process the refund.
