Shipping Policy – Go Monkey Mac
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Go Monkey Mac online store, operated by Something Useful, Inc.

1. General
All orders are subject to product availability. We try to keep accurate stock and product availability, but if an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will:

Fulfill the available items, and

Contact you to offer either a refund for the unavailable item or the option to wait for restock (when applicable).
Some products are made-to-order and may require additional processing time before shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all qualifying orders within the United States.

Shipping costs are included in the price of the product.

No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout for domestic orders.
If we ever offer special shipping methods (expedited, express, etc.), any extra cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Returns & Return Shipping

We currently accept returns within 7 days of delivery (if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time – Domestic (USA)
In general, domestic U.S. orders are delivered within:
7–14 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
4.2 International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery times and any additional fees will be clearly stated at checkout.
4.3 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Our fulfillment partners and warehouses operate Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays).
We work to keep delays to a minimum, but holidays, weather, or carrier issues may occasionally extend delivery times.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at Gomonkeymac@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services (such as USPS) where available.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) using USPS where available.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock:

We may ship the available items first, and
-
Ship the remaining items when they are back in stock or offer you a refund for the unavailable item.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery time has exceeded the estimated 7–14 business days (plus any extra time for holidays or weather), please contact us at Gomonkeymac@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available) so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel appears damaged on arrival:

If possible, refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to note the damage.

If the parcel was delivered while you were away, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us for next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax is included or calculated at checkout in accordance with local laws and regulations.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
If and when we offer international shipping:

Import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country.

These charges, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
We may be able to cancel the order before shipment and issue a refund.

9. Insurance & Lost/Damaged Parcels
9.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit
We will work with the carrier to investigate damaged parcels.
Where a claim is approved, we will offer either:

A replacement item (if available), or

A refund to your original payment method.
9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, we will:

Issue a replacement (if available), or
-
Provide a refund to your original payment method.
10. Ride-On & Go-Kart Shipments
Certain products such as go-karts, ride-on toys, and similar equipment may ship directly from our trusted suppliers or manufacturers.

These items may have longer handling and delivery times (up to 10–15 business days).

Tracking details will be provided once the item leaves the supplier’s facility.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately.
